Any trademark search, assessment, classification suggestion, availability indication, or AI generated recommendation provided through Audditur is intended to assist your decision making and should not be treated as a definitive legal opinion or guarantee of registration.

You remain responsible for reviewing your trademark information before submission and for ensuring that the information provided to Audditur accurately represents your intended application.

Audditur uses artificial intelligence and automated technologies to assist users with administrative and business registration workflows. These systems may analyze information submitted by users, organize data, generate documents, identify potential inconsistencies, provide explanations, and produce recommendations relating to company registration and trademark processes.

Artificial intelligence systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate results. You acknowledge that AI generated content should be reviewed carefully before being relied upon or submitted to a government authority, registry, professional service provider, or other third party.

Audditur does not guarantee that AI generated information will be error free or that it will accurately reflect the requirements of every jurisdiction or registration authority at all times.

You remain responsible for making final decisions regarding your business registration, trademark application, submitted information, documents, and other actions taken through the platform. Audditur should not be relied upon as a substitute for independent professional legal or regulatory advice where such advice is required.

You agree to use Audditur only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You must not use our platform to commit fraud, impersonate another person, submit false information, create fraudulent businesses, infringe intellectual property rights, evade legal requirements, or otherwise violate applicable laws and regulations.

You must not upload documents that you do not have the legal right to provide, knowingly submit inaccurate information to government authorities through our services, interfere with the operation of the platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, introduce malicious software, or attempt to circumvent security mechanisms.

Audditur does not control the availability, processing times, decisions, policies, systems, or requirements of third party authorities and service providers. Delays, technical failures, policy changes, application rejections, additional information requests, or other actions by such parties may affect the outcome or timing of a service.

Where a service requires interaction with a government authority or other third party, you authorize Audditur and its authorized representatives to perform the actions necessary to provide the requested service, subject to the information and permissions you provide.

We work to maintain a reliable and secure Audditur platform, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical errors.

The platform may occasionally become unavailable because of maintenance, infrastructure failures, software issues, telecommunications problems, cybersecurity incidents, third party service interruptions, government system outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Audditur may modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace features of the platform when reasonably necessary to improve the service, address security concerns, comply with legal requirements, or adapt to changes in our business and technology.

We make no representation or warranty that the platform will satisfy every user's specific requirements or that every registration or trademark application will be successful.

Audditur does not warrant that information generated by artificial intelligence will always be accurate, complete, current, suitable for a particular purpose, or accepted by a government authority or trademark office.

Nothing provided through Audditur should be interpreted as a guarantee of company registration, trademark registration, legal protection, regulatory approval, business success, or any particular outcome.

Where your circumstances require legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or other professional advice, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Audditur and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and technology partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the platform.

This may include loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, business interruption, application rejection, trademark refusal, registration delays, government processing delays, or other losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Audditur and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your violation of these Terms of Service, unlawful use of the platform, infringement of third party rights, fraudulent activity, or inaccurate information submitted through your account.

This obligation applies to claims arising from information, documents, trademarks, company details, applications, or other materials that you submit through Audditur where you did not have the necessary rights or authority to provide such materials.

You may stop using Audditur at any time. Audditur may suspend or terminate access to an account where we reasonably believe that the account has violated these Terms of Service, created a security risk, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, failed to satisfy applicable payment obligations, or otherwise presented a risk to the platform or other users.

Termination of access does not automatically eliminate obligations that by their nature should continue after termination. Provisions relating to intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and other continuing obligations will survive termination where applicable.
